We'll use Djembes (African hand drums), flat hand-held drums and percussion instruments to help with focusing, hyperactivity, coordination, cooperation, listening skills, anxiety and stress. We'll also jam and create your own cool beats! Instruments will be provided. No drumming experience necessary. It's easy and fun for everyone!
