136 REGISTER ONLINE: classweb.townofcary.org A Creating Active Retirement Years Programs for age 55+ at the Cary Senior Center Introduction to iOS: iPad, iPhone & iPod Touch This course will focus on products from Apple to illustrate their capabilities and underling concepts. This course will show you how to set up these devices and provide a brief overview of the many applications (apps) available. Bring your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch. The finished product may be a frog, lady bug, vase of flowers, or perhaps a bouquet of ballrooms. We will be making 5 cards with the punch art, but all of these projects can be used in scrapbooking for an interesting twist. Class supplies are included in fee. The Art of Copper Enameling (Ages 50+) Learn the techniques of the copper en ameling with this basic introductory workshop. Follow easy step by step instructions to design unique copper enameled pendants, fashion pins or a pair of earrings. Small pre- stamped copper pieces will be kiln fired by instructor during workshop and ready to take home. The cost for colorants, basic metal components and one copper piece are included in the class fee. Additional copper pieces are available to purchase during the class for $1 each.
