168 REGISTER ONLINE: classweb.townofcary.org PART THREE REGISTRATION INFORMATION Scholarships The Town of Cary provides the opportunity for Cary residents to apply for scholarships and/or reduction of fees for Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources' programs. If you are interested in donating $1 or more to the Relief for Recreation scholarship fund, please indicate it in the total on your registration form and include it in your check. Thank you! To Apply for a Scholarship—Dorcas Ministries receives scholarship applications Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Dorcas Ministries can be reached at (919) 469-9861 Monday-Friday, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Cary Plaza, 179 High House Road, Cary 27511. Don't wait! Please register early. Early registration allows us time to plan appropriately. Often we are able to accommodate those on waiting lists by adding additional spots in the class or adding additional classes. Classes that do not meet their minimum enrollment are generally cancelled; you could make the difference. Waiver Policy A waiver, signed by the parent or guardian, must be on file for each class before the first day of participation. A copy of the waiver is available at any Town of Cary PRCR Facility and at classweb.townofcary.org. Registrants without signed waivers will not be allowed in class. Photo Policy Cary Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Department reserves the right to photograph program participants for publicity purposes. It's easy to enroll in a class or workshop.Say a few more words here as an intro to the four ways listed below. 1. GO ONLINE • Go to classweb.townofcary.org • Click on EZ-REG Web and select the Activities tab to begin • Pay with VISA or MasterCard 2. GIVE US A CALL • Call (919) 462-2017 • Pay with VISA or MasterCard • Phone registration will be available until Dec. 23. After that date, this service will be discontinued. 3. DROP US A LINE Mail completed enrollment form (page 167) with a check payable to Town of Cary to: Program Registration Cary Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources PO Box 8005 Cary, NC 27512-8005 4. STOP BY • Visit any Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources staffed facility (See page 155) • Pay with check, cash, VISA, MasterCard or gift card WHAT YOU NEED TO REGISTER • A Client Code • Family Account Pin • Course Code for Program • Payment FOUR EASY WAYS TO REGISTER MARK YOUR CALENDAR Registration begins on the dates below and remains open until the event is full.
