Take advantage of flavorful fresh ingredients while you prepare pomegranate glazed chicken, herb roasted potatoes, maple glazed roasted carrots, creamy butternut squash bisque, sweet pumpkin fritters, mixed green salad with parmesan and a champagne vinaigrette. (age 11–17) Learn about the different types of chocolate, how they taste, look and are used. Each student will make a chocolate lava cake. Be enchanted with a decadent chocolate mousse and much more. This class will teach hand- sculpted sugar figures of people, bugs, and pet of your choice (bring a picture!) and will take an artistic approach to understanding the materials and techniques behind the art. $20 supply fee payable to instructor at the first class.
