You will not receive a refund for canceling
a trip registration for any reason
(including medical/hardship cases).
Exception: You may receive a refund
if there is a waitlist for the trip AND a
person from the waitlist registers for the
trip. The Town of Cary is not responsible
for money lost due to cancellation.
