Ultimate Frisbee (age 11-14)
Participants learn the basic rules
and strategies of Ultimate Frisbee,
including proper throwing and cutting
techniques and offensive and defensive
strategies. There will be an opportunity
to scrimmage every day and a mini
tournament will be held on the last
day of class. No previous experience
needed.
