If you are a novice or experienced painter who wishes to explore creative methods that go beyond realism, this is the course for you. Break free from recognizable subject matters and try abstract. With no recognizable object to inform the viewer, the painter must rely on elements such as color, shape, value, line, texture, etc. These, combined with creative techniques, will allow you to travel your own path to create work that is limited only by your imagination and willingness to explore. Acrylic paint is preferred but water soluble oils are allowed.
