In this class you will learn and practice mediation for a better and more relaxed life. Traditional Chinese Medicine and Medical QiGong comes from a holistic perspective compared to modern medicine. In this class you will learn about the energetic nature of the body, the emotions and how they affect the internal system. You will discover why using the flow of Qi is a critical step to ongoing wellness. This course is lecture based but will provide exercises and meditations to help heal the body, mind and spirit. Come out of tennis retirement and play pickleball. Pickleball is a racquet sport which combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Open gym Pass is required. Location: Bond Park Community Center Tuesday 12:30-3 p.m. Friday 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Social Badminton Open Gym Improve mobility, stamina, concentration and strength while playing Badminton. Badminton is an adaptive game that can be accommodating for players if all skills and age levels. Please bring your own equipment. Open gym pass is required. Location: Bond Park Community Center Every Friday 1-3 p.m. Evaluations You may receive an evaluation in the mail after a class or program.
