The instructor is a Taekwondo-certified black belt who teaches the Youn Wha Ryu style of Taekwondo techniques, forms, and freestyle sparring. Fees cover three family members. Parent(s) and child(ren) must participate. Regulation uniforms are mandatory. Safety equipment is required for Intermediate and High Belt classes. This is the class you've been looking for. We teach proper punching techniques, kicks, how to avoid date rape, de-escalation techniques, why trusting your gut is so important, and how to break free from wrist grabs, bear hugs, choke holds, and more.
