Chatham Street in the same space as the former Cafe 121. The owners made significant interior renovations as well as several exterior improvements to include outside seating, planters and awning to create a more active sidewalk in Downtown. They were recognized in Scoutology's Top 21 NC New American Restaurants. Pharmacy Bottle & Beverage opened on March 19th in the Town-owned property at 120 E. Chatham Street next to the Cary Theater. Pharmacy is a craft beer and wine retail store with a bar. It has been well-received and appeals to a wide audience. They do not sell food but are planning to improve a space in the rear of the property to accommodate a food truck on occasion.
