Membership to SeniorNet (national organization) is strongly encouraged. Location: Media Room unless otherwise stated. Introduction to SeniorNet Welcome to our computer training program designed, authored, and taught by seniors. This seminar will introduce you to our classes, workshops and seminars as well as to our volunteer instructors. You will be introduced to the national SeniorNet program as well and how to schedule classes that will best fit your needs and benefit you. Location: Classroom 302 86380 Thu Sep 10 1:30-4 p.m. Computer Skills 1 This course introduces you to the basics of computing and provides extensive practice using the mouse and the keyboard. You are introduced to and use the WordPad and the Paint applications programs. This course is intended for those with minimum or no experience using a computer. Choose either Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 (based on your computer type). A student flash drive is required.
