The feeling you get when you helped save the life of a homeless animal is like no other. Often people decide not to have a personal pet that needs daily care due to busy schedules, but would enjoy a weekly cat care shift. Second Chance Pet Adoptions is the oldest no-kill animal rescue group in the area. What is the difference between 'weather' and 'climate'? Why do we emphasize climate change now rather than global warming? Since plants and trees need carbon dioxide, why is adding carbon dioxide to the atmosphere a bad thing? Bring your questions and ask the expert! Ms. Soleil apprenticed to a Master Bookbinder in Florence, Italy for 3 years and has been restoring books and Bibles for over 40 years. You are invited to bring any books that you would like Ms. Soleil to examine with regard to their needs for care, restoration or preservation. Snack will be provided by instructor. Your coach will help you to develop a plan to get started, advise you about archival photo mounting materials (included in class fee), help you with sorting strategies, problem solving and give you the push you need to get started.
