We will make dough from scratch and make three different breads using vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, mushroom, roasted pepper, pesto and fresh herbs. These are great for meals, potlucks and gifts. 86801 Tue Nov 10 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Crepes 101 (age 18 & up) Mixing, spinning, flipping, folding. It can be so intimidating! This class will make everyone into a capable crepe master. Learn very simple secrets of crepe batter and practice making sweet and savory crepes. If you have a crepe pan, bring it, but pans will be supplied. You can do this! Location: Herbert C. During this class you will learn a little of everything; tunes, technique, and music theory with an emphasis on Celtic tunes. You will need a violin and bow in good condition and should be able to play the A, D and G scales in good tune. This is a fun class where you learn to play well with others. Cooking Healthy with Carrie Registration deadline is one week prior to class. Location: Ballroom/Kitchen Instructor: Carrie DiPietro Fees: $17(R) $22(N) (per class) TARTS During this class you will make tart shells from scratch utilizing whole wheat flower. Fill your tarts with fresh fruits for breakfast/dessert and roasted vegetables for lunch/dinner entree, and of course utilize those fresh tomatoes from your garden to make a delicious tomatoes tart!
