Modifications will be made to accommodate different intensities. Yoga mat recommended. Must be able to get up/down from the floor; however, a chair can be used for assistance. Must have a basic knowledge of tap; instruction is not included beyond warm-up and choreography. Because of the complexity of some routines, dancers must be committed to a full year of practice that will meet throughout the week as competition approaches. Cost of program is approved shoes and costume expenses. 87994 Every Wednesday 4- 5:50 p.m. (no class 10/21, 11/11, 11/25) Weight Training for Beginners Weight-bearing exercise is important in maintaining bone health and preventing osteoporosis. This class utilizes weights, tubing and balls to provide an overall strengthening workout. All fitness levels are welcome!
