40 September-December 2015 Cary Senior Center Fitness & Wellness OUTDOOR FITNESS Healthy Hikers This is your chance to meet up with other hiking enthusiast and enjoy all that Mother Nature has to offer for beginners to experienced hikers. You will explore local parks and amazing trails. More information about the locations is available at registration. Limited sets of hiking poles are available to borrow on a first come first serve basis for scheduled day hikes. This group will meet in the CSC parking lot and drive together. Please dress for the weather and wear appropriate shoes. Paying to enter the parks varies, please see their websites for more information.
