Town of Cary Yoga Instructors are offering sample sessions between 9 a.m.-noon on Saturday, September 12 on the spillway in Bond Park (by the lake!). Join us to try several different styles and types of yoga in a serene park atmosphere. All ages, all abilities are welcome. There will even be a kids-yoga zone! Learn more about the many different styles of yoga the Town of Cary offers. Bring your matt or use one of ours. More details in August.
