Creating ACTIVE Retirement Years (919) 469-4081 57 TOWN OF CARY UTILITY PAYMENT BOX There is a drop box for utility bill payments in the Cary Senior Center parking lot. The box is emptied every weekday at 8 a.m. and again at 2 p.m. The Town still has the payment drop box on Town Hall campus outside Building A on the railroad tracks side.
