Instead, you will learn proper punching technique, kicks, how to avoid date rape, why trusting your gut is so important, and how to break free from wrist grabs, bear hugs, choke holds and more! Bully prevention tactics taught! Learn verbal and life skills which reinforce good citizenship and family values. Students are given assignments based on their class lessons, and will have the opportunity to earn rewards for their efforts.
