Metro Bond Park, Spillway Join us for a free day of yoga! Sample different types of yoga from Gentle Yoga to Power Yoga and many in between! Instructors will run sample sessions and guide you through 30 minutes of various types of Yoga. You choose what you'd like to try or try them all! You'll also get a chance to learn about Chakras (energy systems), Ayurveda (Science of Yoga), and Kundalini (Ten Bodies). Grab your mat (or we can provide one for you) and join a day of yoga!
