Spring Arbor of Cary (78,874 sqft. assisted living facility) Lowe's at Greystone (71,747 sqft.) Midtown Square Redevelopment (21,287 sqft.) CEI Labs (12,092 sqft.) Wendy's at Bradford (3,231 sqft.) 142 single family dwellings at Oaks at Sears Farm 91 single family dwellings at Pritchett Farm Subdivision 90 townhomes at Harrison Bluffs Townhomes 63 single family dwellings at Kildaire Crossing Subdivision Phase 2 & 3 27 townhomes at Waterford at Cary Park Phase II 25 single family dwellings at Preston Retreat Subdivision 12 multi-family units at Glenaire Apartment Building Population As of October 1, 2015 the Town of Cary's population is estimated to be at 154,671. This is an increase of 2.7% (4,016 people) from October 1, 2014. 270.93 Acres were annexed in Q3 2015. Total Town Limits as of October 1, 2015 is 58.57 square miles (37,480 acres). DEVELOPMENT Q3 Development Plan Approvals Jan- March April- June July- Sept Oct- Dec 2015 Committee for the future held two meetings during the 3rd quarter on August 18, 2015 and September 15, 2015 A full draft of the Imagine Cary community plan has been created and staff continues to work on the draft.
