11 Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Drama Workshop Series (age 13-18) Expand your skills in character development, acting technique, and performance styles as we rehearse a piece for a public performance. Acting Intensive (age 14-18) Learn how to use Stanislavsky's famous methods to break down and analyze scenes and monologues and then apply these concepts to your performance and develop an understanding of the mind-body connection to acting. Auditions for Munchkin Ensemble and Featured Munchkins (open to ages 6-13): Tue, Feb 16, 5-8:30 p.m. Participants should prepare a 30-60 second easy song (ex: "Happy Birthday") and will also learn simple movements and sing a very short solo from the show. Design Team Interviews (open to age 10- 18): Wed, Mar 16, 5-9 p.m. Participants will be asked to share ideas, drawings, or other design concepts for the production.
