Parkour Basics (age 12-16) You've seen people do parkour and always wanted to learn. Now is your chance! Utilize and enhance your current balance and freerunning skills in this two- hour clinic. Our experienced instructor will focus on the basics of jumping, leaping, and other basic body movements used in parkour.
