We welcome and accommodate persons with various ability levels from multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, arthritis, obesity, chronic fatigue, persons in wheelchairs, or folks with walkers. Your workout will incorporate breathing and relaxation techniques in addition to some stretching. This program will allow you to have fun, energize your mood, relieve stress and give you an overall sense of wellbeing. The session will offer flexibility exercises, chair yoga, and some strength training exercises. Let us help you find an activity that you can enjoy, and create an exercise routine that works for you.
