By strengthening these organs and the system that supplies the energy to them one becomes healthy. 24 Simple and effective movements that are designed to move Qi or life-force energy through the body, including the internal organs and tissues, bringing about good health and wellbeing. See how the inclusion of breath and intention adds a significant amount of power to the set as does the understanding of each posture as to what organ or channel it's working on.
