Creating ACTIVE Retirement Years (919) 469-4081 47 Fitness & Wellness Introduction to Fly Fishing (age 13 & up) A half day course that provides basic instruction on Fly Fishing. Participants will receive instruction and information including: casting, knots, equipment, fishing strategies, fly selection, and proper fly casting technique. Rod, reel and lines are provided. The class is taught by a certified British Canoe Union Instructor. Kayak rental is included. Location: Fred G.
