Drawing offers another language for finding and expressing meaning about our experience because it sharpens our visual perceptions, awareness, and responses to our world. Explore a variety of media as you address formal, conceptual, and technical issues in pursuit of your own vision. Open to beginners or artists looking for a refresher. Using the essential elements of drawing, learn techniques to turn your two-dimensional studies into realistic or expressionistic three-dimensional compositions. Complete projects with a choice of materials, including graphite, ink, charcoal, and soft pastels. Bring your sketchbook.
