The widely popular Yang style is characterized by generous circles and smooth, strong postures. Learn the fundamentals of stance, alignment, and energy cultivation, as well as the traditional Yang style long form. Exercises open energy channels, stabilize the knees, loosen the hips, and foster internal power, relaxation, and concentration.
