White Oak Greenway - ATT Section Carpenter Park Projected completion date: 2017 Projected completion date: Spring 2016 Jack Smith Park Projected completion date: Spring 2016 Downtown Park Projected completion date: Fall 2016 Mills Park - Phase II Projected completion date: Summer 2017 Sports Turf Fields & Field Lighting Projected completion date: Fall 2016 Jordan Lake Levels After a relatively dry period during July, August and September, Jordan Lake reached a low level of 212.5 ft. above sea level (216 ft. is the normal level) on September 24th. After the recent rainfall, Jordan Lake reached a high of 221.4 ft. on October 6th. The Corps of Engineers is slowly returning the lake to its normal level. We had submitted a final application for an increase in our Jordan Lake water supply storage allocation in November 2014. Our application provided information to support the applications for the Towns of Cary, Apex and Morrisville, and Wake County for RTP South. The NC Division of Water Resources is scheduled to provide its Jordan Lake allocation recommendations to the Water Allocation Committee of the NC Environmental Management Commission on November 4, 2015.
