This class will provide the variety your body needs by combining fun cardio routines with specific muscle conditioning tailored to your needs. Includes 45 minutes of cardio and 15 minutes of muscle conditioning. Enjoy the music and feel the burn! Location: Herbert C. This class combines weight training and body sculpting. Hand weights, bands, and tubes are used to work each muscle group separately. By the end, you will have a full body workout.
