Cary Arts Center Bonus Performances The Cary Arts Center is packing in more entertainment this summer! For more information, call (919) 462‑2055. The Return of the Three Davids Saturday, July 9 | 8 p.m. | $30–$35 The Three Davids are back with all new original songs and stories! These three internationally‑known musicians (David Holt, David Wilcox, and David LaMotte) all make their homes in Western North Carolina. They are accomplished musicians and songwriters and, though their styles and stories differ, their art is deeply rooted in these mountains. You are invited to join them for a very special musical conversation. Starlight Concert Series The Starlight Concert Series is a lively series of concerts that feature musical styles from around the world. All these concerts take place in the beautiful gardens of the Page‑Walker Arts & History Center and are free. Bring a picnic and enjoy music by starlight. Polka Night with the Polka Plus Band Friday, May 20 | 7 p.m. | Free Yankovic Day brings polka fans together to hear the music of the late polka legend Frankie Yankovic, and 2016 marks the 21st annual concert. Mr. Yankovic performed with Polka Plus in 1997, and two decades later, the band keeps his music alive for the younger generations. Craicdown Friday, June 10 | 7 p.m. | Free Enjoy Craicdown's unique "World Acousticana" style— acoustic roots music with a high‑energy, rock‑inspired flair. Their repertoire includes pieces ranging in style from Americana to reggae‑sounding vocals and from Celtic influenced jigs and reels to the music of Brazil and Argentina. With a distinctive and unique sound, this trio brings to the stage musical inspiration, a fire in their fingers, and a true love for their art.
