Building Cultural Bridges Across Our Community: 2016 Citizen Diplomacy Dinner Friday, September 9 | 7 p.m. | $15 Join the Sister Cities Association of Cary and International Focus for an engaging dinner program designed to encourage dialogue with local leaders about the Triangle's cultural diversity and ways citizens can make a difference by engaging with other cultures one group, one person at a time. Panelists and musicians to be announced. 9/11 Day of Service Sunday, September 11 | 2–4 p.m. | Free Cary Fire Station #3, 1807 Kildaire Farm Road Commemorate 9/11 as volunteers join together to construct a raised vegetable garden for our firefighters. Middle Creek Community Center's 15th Anniversary Open House Sunday, September 11 | 4–6 p.m. | Free Middle Creek Community Center Middle Creek Community Center turns 15 and we are celebrating big!
