This intimate venue is a perfect setting for fall concerts. Come early for a seat or pack your own portable chair. For more information, call (919) 319- 4560. Cary Town Band: Full Moon Rising Friday, September 16 | 7:30 p.m. | Free News flash! There's a full moon on September 16 and the moon rising at 7:28 p.m. will be greeted by all manner of moonstruck music! Beware as the band recalls all the weird things that are said to happen on a full moon— more babies born, springtides, humans transmogrify into creatures of the night, and more! There is music to explore every one of those myths—from a composer named Moon. Sit outdoors, absorb the music, and actually watch Full Moon Rising. Children's Theatre of Charlotte presents Commedia Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs Saturday, February 18 | 3 p.m. In this show written by Nicole B. Adkins, a rambunctious group of traveling actors decides to perform the famous fairy tale by the Brothers Grimm. This commedia dell'arte performance recreates the story of "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," complete with audience participation and other surprises. This slapstick comedy will have kids and parents in stitches! Paperhand Puppet Intervention Saturday, May 20 | 3 p.m. Fabricating fantastical worlds with the most ordinary of materials, Paperhand Puppet Intervention has been wowing audiences for over 15 years. Each production is new and original and features giant puppets, stilt dancers, shadow puppets, and music. Friends of Page-Walker 2016–17 Concert Series The Friends of Page-Walker Concert Series offers intimate Sunday afternoon concerts that begin at 4 p.m. in the Main Gallery of the historic Page-Walker Arts & History Center.
