Designed to enhance agility, balance, and coordination, these classes provide an opportunity for social interaction and encourage active play. Location: Herbert C. Through asanas (postures), vinyasas (putting postures together in a flowing manner), pranayamas (breathing techniques), and meditation, kids will learn that they have control over their bodies, minds, and breath.
