The 5 Animal Frolics are gentle exercises imitating the spirit and movements of the crane, bear, monkey, deer, and tiger. Accompanied by deep, relaxed breathing, they have been practiced in China for 1,800 years to strengthen the body, promote balance, and celebrate life. Learn movements matched with breath and mental focus designed to cultivate personal energy. Dynamic yet meditative, these exercises are the traditional foundation of Shaolin martial arts and foster health, fitness, and well-being.
