Hapkido Ultimate Hapkido, Basics/Intermediate (age 12 & up) Hapkido is a self-defense martial art with an extensive repertoire of maneuvers. Learn basic to complex kicks and strikes as well as throws, joint locks, and pressure-point attacks. Train in grappling, submissions, and defenses against weapon attacks. A white Judo uniform with no school insignia is recommended.
