5 40 YEARS OF ARTS & CRAFTS INTERACTIVE PUBLIC ART EXPERIENCE A Saturday morning, artist Michael Roy Layne, with the assistance of volunteers, will create Solar Wings, a winged creature of his own vision, made entirely of renewable materials, here for the duration of the festival. Guests can make and display their own small winged creatures using wire and colored tissue paper. Participants are encouraged to pick up their unique mementos at the close of each festival day. ARTIST GUILD DEMONSTRATIONS C D Three local arts guilds share their skills at the Herb Young Community Center.
