The top six winners will have their second three-minute play presented. The audience then votes for the overall victor! Triangle Youth Orchestras Spring Concert Sunday, April 23 | 4 p.m. Adults $5; School-aged Children $2 Cary Arts Center Hear beautiful string orchestra music played by the combined Triangle Youth String Orchestras. After intermission, the Triangle Youth String Sinfonia will present a multi-media educational program. Cary Youth Voices presents This Is It! Friday, April 28 | 7 p.m. Adults $10; Students $5; Children age 5 & under Free Cary Arts Center A choral revue, which will feature Broadway and popular tunes, with choreography by Sally Albrecht. March Cary Town Band presents March Madness Friday, March 3 | 7:30 p.m. | Free Cary Arts Center What happens every March? March Madness, of course! Basketball tournaments, baseball season, the arrival of Spring at the Vernal Equinox, and of course, a concert by the band that celebrates all of these events and more. We invite young student musicians to sit in with us at rehearsals and the concert to get experience playing with the non-pro adults. Hum Sub presents Basant Bahar Sunday, March 12 | 4 p.m. | Free Cary Arts Center Basant Bahar heralds and celebrates the beginning of spring in the Triangle with music and dance—adding a decidedly Indian avor to the season of renewal.
