Learning basic sports and fitness skills builds confidence and encourages a positive attitude toward physical activity. Activities include soccer, hockey, basketball, baseball, hula-hoops, and lots more! For age 18M-5, parent must participate. Location: Herbert C. Through asanas (postures), vinyasas (putting postures together in a flowing manner), pranayama (breathing techniques), and meditation, kids will learn that they have control over their bodies, mind, and breath.
