Explore exercises and movements that enhance strength, fl exibility, coordination, and rhythm. This workshop will feature basic stretching, warm-ups, and simple dance combinations. Work with a group of your peers to create scenes that you can perform in class. Instructor: TBA Fees: $29(R) $38(N) (4 classes) 99289 Sat Mar 4–25 10–11:30 a.m. Good Vibrations (age 11 & up) Drumming using Djembes (African hand drums), fl at hand-held drums, and percussion instruments helps focus, hyperactivity, coordination, cooperation, listening skills, and brain integration—not to mention it is a lot of fun! We'll add in some cool beats and rhythms and make music together. Instruments provided.
