This will be a time of resource sharing and networking. This drop-in event will be offered to parents, caregivers, and persons with disabilities. Location: Herbert C. Young Community Center 101793 Fri Feb 10 9:30 a.m.-noon Kids Together 2017 Bird Count (all ages & all abilities) As part of the National Great Backyard Bird Count event, we will identify birds by species and record the number of birds we see. Enjoy refreshments as we tally our results! No registration required. Location: Marla Dorrel Park, Kids Together Playground Shelter Sat Feb 11 10–11 a.m. Rock the Red Carpet (middle school & up) Enjoy a night of dancing, food, and FUN at this prom style event! Participants who need a 1:1 are welcome and must provide their own assistants. A photographer will be available on site for pictures starting at 6:30 p.m. All participants will receive a 5X7 photo. Bring a buddy if needed. Bring your Easter basket, meet the Easter Bunny, and scout the field for lots of colorful eggs! Registration is strongly encouraged. Event activities are from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. at the Boathouse. A special magic show will begin after the egg hunt at 1:45 p.m. at Sertoma Amphitheatre. Location: Fred G.
