Wake County middle- and high-school teens will showcase their talent while raising awareness about disparity throughout the Triangle area. All proceeds from this event will be donated to a local charity. Bond Metro Park, Spillway Bond Park's 22nd Annual Kite Festival is a fun way to spend the afternoon fl ying kites and watching others soar.
