17 Parks, Recreation & Cultural Resources Sports Strength & Conditioning 1-on-1 Lessons The Town of Cary is excited to offer year round 1-on-1 Strength and Conditioning lessons with a focus in baseball and softball. All lessons will be led by a qualifi ed Strength and Conditioning instructor and they are for players age 12 & older. Individual Lessons are $50 per hour, each lesson will a mixture of baseball/softball training and Strength & Conditioning. Multi-Session Packages will be offered, they will be available in 4–Session ($190), 6–Session ($280) and 8–Session ($360) packages. Start improving your overall game and schedule a Strength & Conditioning lesson today. Lessons can be booked through the Town of Cary EZ-Reg system. Lesson availability will be added onto EZ- Reg each month starting on the 25th of each month prior i.e. March lessons will become available February 25. Baseball Advanced Pitching (11–17) Participants will increase their knowledge of pitching on a competitive level and be given tips on how to make their school team. Mechanics from the wind up and the stretch, pick off moves, and defensive responsibilities will be taught and reviewed as a part of this clinic. Proper arm care will be discussed with the participants.
