Ceramics
Teen Pottery Basics (age 12–17)
Experiment with handbuilt and thrown pottery
forms created from the wheel, slab roller, and
extruder (like a giant pasta machine!). Explore
embellishment and glazing techniques to create
fantastic pottery pieces. This class is open to all
levels of experience. Materials are not included.
Clay must be purchased from the center at for
$0.85/lb.

Let's keep handwriting from becoming extinct!
Learn new hand lettering styles with an
introduction to the tools of calligraphy: India ink and
dip pen.

CHANCERY AND DIPLOMA
Practice and learn to use these two calligraphy
styles. Use lettering to complete an inspiring
message for a bookmark, note card, or magnet.

Complete a 2–D paper collage embellished with
