The a rac ve physical se ng—including both the natural and built environment—strengthens community pride and encourages private investment. This is also true with the consistent delivery of high quality community infrastructure, services and facili es. The community also con nues to prosper through a en on to quality and a commitment to a sense of community, culture, and history, revealing the authen c and special Cary.
