The following page presents some typical types of uses and development forms that might be considered for these shaded areas. Change is an cipated to occur slowly over me, as individual property owners elect at their own discre on to undertake changes to their proper es to be er align with this vision. Addi onal sites not highlighted in this subarea are expected to be maintained as is, or not change significantly, over the planning horizon. The one excep on is the Cary Transit Hub. Planning for a downtown mul modal facility will occur in the future, and could include significant changes to this current transporta on hub. 157
