Its loca on is strategic due to its proximity to Downtown Cary, and major des na ons in Raleigh, like PNC Arena, Downtown Raleigh, and NC State University. It serves as a gateway into Cary from the east, in the form of three major east-west roads and two I-40 interchanges. T r a n s i t The Raleigh 2030 Comprehensive Plan calls for a variety of uses on its western edge abu ng the Eastern Cary Gateway. The synergies between these two plans provide an opportunity for partnerships to garner mixed use and business development in this area.
