INSTRUCTOR SPOTLIGHT Brenda Schnable We're happy to welcome Brenda Schnable to the Cary Senior Center family. She is the new instructor taking over Yoga Stretch. After many years as an enthusiastic yoga student, Brenda decided to obtain her certification to teach. "Yoga is such a big part of my life; I can't wait to share it with others!" She is very passionate about her Yoga Warrior certification to help those with PTSD and mil- itary personnel as well as first responders.
