30 June-August 2017 Cary Senior Center Fitness & Wellness INTERMEDIATE For those who have line danced several sessions at the Beginner/Improver level and would like more challenge. Instructor: Mitzi Kelley Location: Exercise Room 104909 Every Tuesday 2–2:50 p.m. (no class 7/4) Location: Ballroom 104906 Every Thursday 2:30–3:30 p.m. (no class 6/15) INTERMEDIATE 2 This class is for the experienced line dancer who wants to move at a rapid pace and learn more routines per session. Location: Exercise Room Instructors: Mitzi Kelley 104907 Every Tuesday 1–1:50 p.m. (no class 7/4) PERFORMING These sessions are for those practicing to perform for venues such as service club meetings, assisted living facilities, professional organizations, and other events. Location: Exercise Room/Ballroom Instructors: Helen Merentino & Leslie Stephens 104908 Every Tuesday 3–4 p.m. Every Thursday 11:45 a.m.–12:45 p.m. (no class 6/15, 7/4) DANCE Line Dancing FREE Line dance is a fun, choreographed dance routine performed to mainstream pop, oldies, country and international music. Line dance is exercise for your body and mind. Summer classes start the week of June 5th and conclude the week of August 24th. INTRO/BEGINNER This class is for the person who has never line danced and/or who's moving at a slower pace. Location: Exercise Room Instructor: Gerrie Coleman 104904 Every Monday 2–2:50 p.m. ABSOLUTE BEGINNER For those who are new to line dancing and want to learn the basics. Location: Ballroom Instructor: Helen Merentino & Susan Stanko 104910 Every Thursday 10:30–11:30 a.m. (no class 6/15) BEGINNER/IMPROVER For those with some line dance experience or who have successfully completed the Intro/ Beginner Line Dance Class.
