Hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows, and fine art provide an intimate and charming setting. The garden area is a popular site for weddings. The center also hosts classes, performances, and art exhibitions. Beer and wine may be served in designated locations, upon completion of an application and prior approval. A $50 application fee and a refundable damage deposit equal to 25% of the rental fee or a minimum of $300 is required at the time of the rental. No alcohol is permitted at Middle Creek Community Center. • Fees are subject to change. Other rules and fees apply, per the rental agreement.
