"Keeping the Beat" includes live music, American clogging, hamboning, Irish step dance, African dance, and call-and-answer songs. Pre-Show Craft: From 9–10 a.m., kids can craft a colorful percussion instrument. $2 per child (ages 3–10) with caregiver The Story Ship presents "Diggery Diggers' Dino Show" Saturday, November 4 | 10 a.m. While Paleontologist Diggery Diggers is sharing his dinosaur fossils, he discovers a "top secret" box the museum accidentally packed. Intriguing magic and rocking music keep the beat while audience members interact with animated dinosaurs,scan with the DINA, solve puzzles, and dance. Ten Strings And A Goat Skin Friday, February 16 | 7:30 p.m. Young acoustic trioTen Strings And A Goat Skin, from Canada's Prince Edward Isle, transform traditional folk music with vigor, curiosity, and sparks of goofy humor. Expanding on the Scottish and Acadian roots of PEI's music, they weave old-school Franco-Canadian, Breton, Irish, and Scottish tunes with current grooves and clever quirks. Enjoy an evening of traditional and original music inspired by Atlantic Canadian histories and roots. "Le Cirque Espirit" featuring cordis & ABCirque Saturday, March 3 | 7:30 p.m. Fusing an original combination of custom-made and traditional instruments to create their signature sound, cordis borders on a rock aesthetic. "Le Cirque Esprit" launches the music of cordis into a dynamic production that fuses their unique sounds with thebreathtaking presence of ABCirque, a contemporary cirque from Brooklyn featuring acrobatics and aerialists.
